Amidst the calamity that we faced in the past year, the best thing that happened to me was that I have grown more as a person. The past year taught me a lot about the value of our health and safety, especially in the middle of a pandemic. It also taught me how to be resilient and adapt to inevitable changes in life. They say that experience is the best teacher and my experiences this past year prove that statement to be true. While it was indeed a tough year, the lessons that I have picked up from it are timeless and will be carried on to the upcoming years.
